Pudding Mix Frosting

Description: This frosting is sturdy like a buttercream, fluffy like whipped cream, and not too sweet! This frosting is perfect for any occasion! I used this frosting to decorate this beautiful mint flavored cake shown in the picture down below.

Ingredients:

1 package of pudding mix (any flavor)

1 cup of cold heavy cream or heavy whipping cream

3/4 cup of cold milk

2 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar

1 table spoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Add the milk, cream, and vanilla to a stand mixing bowl

2. Next add the pudding mix and confectioner's sugar to the same bowl

3. Whip on a high speed until the mixture represents a whipped cream consistency, do NOT over whip this mixture.

4. Keep the frosting in the refrigerator until it is ready to be used, enjoy!
